I hope that you all had a great weekend!
I had my garage sale, finally!!!
I think it went alright but I wish it wasn’t as cold, windy, rainy and snowy!
I showed you here, how I was setting up for my sale and after I posted that, I went through my house again, lol!
I brought out more! ha!
I had everything organized and ready to bring out on Wed. for my Friday garage sale!
I put everything in bins to lay up the driveway.
I set up a checkout table!
I also had a lot of bags ready to go!
We also went through our shoes again!
Yes, I even set up a little Shaklee table!
I am glad that everything is over!!! Everything that didn’t sell went to the Goodwill!
It feels so good to get it all out of here!!!
Are you having a garage sale this year?
Bonnie
I LOVE garage sale season!! Can't wait for it to get nice enough here....
ReplyDeleteCan I just say...I find it hard to focus/read your posts cause I can't stop staring at how gorgeous you are!!
You know I would have SO much fun going to your garage sale. Everything is super organized!

My Bloggie!
Were having a garage sale in a couple of weeks with our neighbors. It is so overwhelming to go through all the stuff we accumulate throughout the year haha i noticed you were selling magazines. I have a ton of expensive home magazines to sell at my garage sale as well but wasn't sure how to price them.
ReplyDeleteI would have snatched up all of those baskets :) I am going to have a yard sale this week. It looks like Friday is going to be nicer than Saturday so may do it then. I always thought Saturday was the best day for a yard sale, but with Friday being Good Friday maybe a lot of people will be off from work?!
ReplyDeleteNow THAT is a garage sale! So many great finds {and bargains, I'm sure}!!
ReplyDeleteWe're doing a garage sale next month, and I've already started setting things aside - it has pretty much taking over one of our spare bedrooms. =) Can't WAIT to get it all outta here!
Oh my gosh, I would have loved to go to your garage sale! Garage sale is a great way to promote your buisness. :) I'm thinking about having a garage sale because we have sooo much stuff!
ReplyDeleteGoodness, I would have loved your garage sale!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a fantastic yard sale!! You are very organized - if I ever do a yard sale I hope it turns out as nice as yours!
ReplyDeleteCome check out my new blog!
Thanks for all your sweet comments! It went well, I am so happy to get all that stuff out of here!
ReplyDeleteTheresa, I would price the newer ones for $.25 each and the older ones for less. Or you can group them and sell them in a set! :)
Bonnie
Michell @ Girl In Air,
ReplyDeleteThanks! You are so funny and too cute!
Have a great day! :)

I, along with my mom, grandma, and aunt, had annual yard sales for years but the last one was too much work and took too much time. Now, I post things for sale on a free online yard sale site here, freecycle it, or give to a Christian thrift shop. When I want it gone, I want it gone then, not piled up waiting for a sale.
ReplyDeleteI noticed some kind of screen cleaner in your yard sale photos....do you use Basic H to clean flat screens in your house? I'm looking for a good cleaner for our flat screen monitors and tv screens too but the product information says to only use flat screen cleaners. Thanks!
Now that's one garage sale I would have loved to go to! LOL! But, like you I am trying to simplify!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a very nice and clean garage sale. Bet you did good with this quality of stuff.
ReplyDeleteI bet you did great, all your things are so nice!!! I would have bought ALOT of your stuff! XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteWow looks great! I hope you sold a lot! Love your Shaklee table!
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to have been at your garage sale!! :)
ReplyDeleteLisa!
ReplyDeleteI just use Basic H (window and mirror) cleaner and the window super cleaning cloth. I keep the cloth mostly dry and just spray a little on the cloth, then I wipe it down. I don't do this a lot. I mostly dust it dry.
