Hey everyone! I am having a great time with Mother-in-Law but I missed you all too so I am sharing a quick recipe post today!
This is a super easy and healthy meal!
I bought this Creamy Garlic Cucumber Dip and Trader Joe’s…
…and I added a whole cucumber (chopped into small pieces) and chopped up chicken.
Then I put it into my favorite whole wheat pitas (warmed).
That’s IT!!!
My WHOLE family enjoys this, even my littlest babe!
This is a great meal for those crazy days that you don’t really want to cook and it is still healthy!
A great summer dish!
