Our Glossy Patio

Right before the weather turned cold we were able to seal our patio.  We did a light coat a couple of years ago but it needed a another one.  I really wanted the glossy look.  This time we had several coats out on.  I think it looks great, plus, I love anything that shines.
Here is a picture that shows the before and after.

Here is a close up.  My husband actually laid our whole patio with the help of my family.

I think the gloss makes it look a little more professional, in my opinion anyway.

We even did the walkway.

Do you have a patio?
Did you seal it?
I am glad we did this when we did because now it is sooo cold out now.
Did you have any last minute outdoors projects?
Have a great day! :)

  2. It really looks awesome! We power washed and stained/sealed our deck right before the snow hit. Yikes! Glad we got it done!

  4. Your patio looks awesome! I am planting winter grass for the first time this year. Here's hoping for a nice, lush green lawn for the kids to play on all winter! (please grow, please grow) :)

  6. Beautiful brickwork! (I would love to replace the cement slab patio in our backyard with something similiar.) Great job!

  7. When it comes to pavers, the glossy look works for me better. I love what you did! You totally renewed it to its day-one condition. And it’s also a smart move to protect your deck, and preserve its exquisite look. How’s it now? :D -->Kylee
