How to Organize your Fridge

This week on my Organize Now! Challenge, we are organizing our refrigerators.

I started out by taking EVERY SINGLE THING out of my fridge!!!

Even the shelves and drawers.

Then, I spayed my trusty Organic Basic H (household mix) and let it sit for a while.

Next, I washed all of the drawers and shelves in my new sink with Basic H.

Then, I put all them back were I wanted them.

After that I went shopping and filled it up!

That was the fun part!!!!

I found this neat chart for your organizing addiction:

***ORGANIZING TIPS***

Shelf Space Saver

Take 15 minutes NOW to clear out

• Take out all cans and things that don't need to be in the fridge

• Stash food in square, stackable plastic containers versus round ones; they'll let you store more.  (I like the glass Pyrex)

• Instead of placing leftovers in huge, space-sucking containers, stow them as individual portions in smaller bins or resealable bags.

Keep it Clean

Little tricks to save time

• Line bins with paper towels to catch drips.

• Keep sticky items (like jams, syrups, and sauces) in removable shelf bins,

• Clean stuck-on with messes with Organic Basic H

• Double-bag raw meat and store on a platter on the bottom shelf (the coldest shelf) to catch any leaks.

After, I cleaned & organized the inside, I wiped down the outside.

In the kitchen I use…

Basic H2 Organic Super Clean Concentrate and my super microfiber cleaning cloth for the appliances, cabinets, counters and walls.
