When I was shopping through my favorite store last week I spotted Cranberry, Walnut & Gorgonzola Salad Dressing. It looked sooo yummy that I had to try.
I also bought…
Dried Cranberries
Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
Walnut Pieces
Organic Romaine Lettuce
and paired that with an…
onion that I already had (although red onion would be better.)
I just mixed everything together and I LOVED it!!!!
I brought it to my nephew's Baptism and everyone there LOVED it too!!!!
What kind of salad do you love?
Bonnie :)
Please stop by my online Shaklee Site.
Trader Joe's is my favorite store too. I love romaine with hard boiled eggs, ham, shredded mexican cheese and light french dressing.
ReplyDeleteThis is one of my favorite salads but I have also had it with green apples and I love that in there too. I have to try the dressing at TJ's though. Never saw that.
ReplyDeleteBonnie, this looks wonderful! I'm "favoriting" it into my recipe file!!! Can't wait to try it and thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteOh wow, that looks and sounds delicious!! And I'm beyond jealous you have a Trader Joe's! I used to live right by one in Phoenix, but here in Kansas City we don't have any. It's a shame! That is my favorite store.
ReplyDeleteThat looks amazing!! I, too, am jealous. We used to live in Maryland, really close to a Trader Joe's. The military moved us to Louisiana, where there are NO Trader Joe's! I miss it so much!
ReplyDeleteMmm, looks wonderful, full of all sorts of yummies that I love! We had a beef fajita salad tonight...we actually did have a red onion on hand, which I love, too, with some beef fajitas, green pepper, jalapeno, a few tortilla strips for some extra crunch, on top of romaine lettuce and a touch of balsamic vinaigrette, yum yum!
ReplyDeleteIt looks perfect..to die for!!
ReplyDeleteWell, I have been followed you for quite some time..I'd love for you to follow me back if you like!!
Have a great day!\B
Looks so good! I'm a BIG salad person and love to try out new variations on my favorites. Thanks for this great recipe and for sharing which brands you buy too. I've had others give me recipes and I don't know which brand to buy and it just doesn't taste the same sometimes, I love that you shared a picture of those!
ReplyDeleteI'm so boring coz my favorite is Ceasar salad LOL

I love this! Trader Joes is a huge favorite of mine too. I am really picky about the things I feed my family and they almost always meet my "requirements".

This salad looks so good. I think I am going to go to Trader Joes today to pick up that dressing. Can't wait to try it!
ReplyDeleteYum. My sister makes a very similar salad that uses Kraft Poppyseed dressing. Sooo good
ReplyDeleteYum! I just copied/pasted and emailed to the chef (husband). I love just about every salad (he prefers salads without lettuce but I'm having lettuce withdrawal so hopefully he gets the hint)! Thanks for sharing in the DIY Project Parade!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
